Do you know how many kinds of cell display content in business intelligence? What are they?

1. Data type

There are three data types of cell, including text, picture and HTML in report designer.

1.1 Text
The cell contents are in text formats like text and numbers, which will be displayed in the same format. For example:

1.2 Picture
The cell is a picture address. When previewing, you will see content displayed in picture format. For example:

1.3 HTML
The cell content is in HTML format. When previewing, you will see content displayed in HTML format. For example:

There is a column of data in database.
Directly drag this column of data to Cell A1 for page break preview. Cell A1 will display the data in the database, as shown below:


When displayed in HTML format, the preview effect will be:

Note: V6.5.6 has added a function of “Default Left Align for Character String; and Default Right Align for Numbers”.
